Rio Linda Elverta Community Center Rental Fees

• 8 Hours Rental = $400.00
• 4 Hours Rental = $200.00
• $25.00 per hour for kitchen use
• $100.00 Non - Refundable cash reservation fee required to secure your rental date (This will be applied to your final balance)
• Refundable Cleaning Deposit = $500.00 - All Events.

Note: Groups with Alcohol must have a security guard. District will be responsible for getting security guard. Renter is responsible for paying for guard at the time that all fees are to be paid.

Insurance

All renters must be out of the building no later than 12: 00 a.m. For those events lasting past 12:00 a.m., the renters will be charged $100.00 for every half hour they are in the facility.
