Rio Linda Elverta Facility Rental Fees
The Rio Linda Elverta Recreation and Park District is happy to provide quality rentals at affordable prices. Please note that certian restrictions may apply. Policy is subject to change in order to maintain the integrity of partnerships and sponsors.
User must submit a non-refundable CASH reservation fee in the amount of $100 in order to secure a rental. Reservation fee may be applied to final balance.
Community Center
- 8 Hours Rental = $500.00
- 4 Hours Rental = $250.00
(Prices include use of Kitchen)
ALL FEES ARE DUE 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO USE!
Note: Users interested in providing Alcohol shall be required to provide an approved security guard or company. The District may provide security guard; however said USER is responsible to pay the addtional FEE for guard. All fees must be rendered at time of service.

Depot Facility
- 8 Hours Rental = $300.00
- 4 Hours Rental = $150.00
ALL USERS MUST SUBMIT A "Refundable Cleaning Deposit" $500.00 two weeks prior to rental.
Insurance
A policy naming the Rio Linda Elverta Recreation and Park District as an additional insured at $1,000,000 must be provided by the renter.
All renters must be out of the building no later than 12: 00 a.m. For those events lasting past 12:00 a.m., the renters will be charged $100.00 for every half hour they are in the facility.

Community Center: 142 Table Seating / 300 General Meeting
Depot Room: 53 Table Seating / General Meeting
